1:1 Online Pedagogy Coaching

Sometimes, you don’t need another professional development session or another list of strategies to try. You need the opportunity to sit down with someone, unpack what is happening in your classroom, and work through what could make the biggest difference for your students and your context.

My 1:1 Pedagogy Coaching sessions are designed to do exactly that. These are highly personalised, practical sessions built around the work you are already doing. You might want to strengthen a unit, unpack an assessment task, develop a learning wall, embed purposeful gamification, improve your approach to explicit teaching or differentiation, or simply have a classroom challenge that you haven’t quite been able to solve. Whatever you bring, your context becomes the starting point for our work together.

The coaching experience begins before we even meet. You’ll complete a pre-session questionnaire that allows me to understand your teaching context, students, goals and current challenges. You can also share relevant resources or artefacts ahead of time, allowing me to come to our session prepared and ensuring that our time together is focused on the areas where you need the most support.

During our session, we work on the work. Rather than working through predetermined content, we unpack, problem-solve, design and refine together. The conversation is shaped by what you need and can move wherever it needs to — from assessment literacy, unit planning and learning walls to reading and writing, purposeful gamification, differentiation, explicit teaching or curriculum leadership.

And the coaching doesn’t finish when our session does. Following our time together, you’ll receive a personalised Post-Session Coaching Summary capturing the key ideas, recommendations and actionable next steps from our conversation, alongside visual artefacts developed to support the work we have discussed.

The goal is for you to leave with more than inspiration or a page of notes. I want you to leave with clarity, practical next steps and tangible resources that you can take straight back into your classroom or team.

Bring the unit. Bring the challenge. We’ll work through it together.
